Need to know more?

I’ve answered a few common questions below. If something’s not covered, you’re always welcome to ask.

  • Pricing is tailored to the scope and level of support that's right for your business, so I share full pricing details once we've had a chance to connect. The easiest way to get that information is to download the Services & Pricing Guide, just fill in a couple of details and it'll come straight to you.

  • It depends on my current availability and where your business is at. Once we've had a discovery call and agreed on scope, we'll confirm a start date that works for both of us. If timing is a priority for you, it's worth mentioning that on the call so we can work around it where possible.

  • That's a common starting point and completely fine, you don't need to have it figured out before we speak. A discovery call is the easiest way to work it out together. We'll talk through where your business is now, what's feeling harder than it should, and which option is likely to be the best fit. If you'd like a sense of what's available before then, the Services & Pricing Guide walks through each option in detail.

  • Both, depending on the engagement. For some clients I work primarily with the founder or a senior leader. For others, particularly in the Precision & Partnership partnerships, I work across the broader team, coordinating with different people, managing internal projects and keeping everyone aligned. We'll work out the right approach for your business during the discovery call.

  • One Bird Co. works with growing and established SMEs across Australia, typically in professional services, healthcare, and not-for-profit sectors, though the work translates well across industries. What matters more than sector is where a business is at: you have something solid already built, and you're ready for the operational side to match it.

  • Yes. One Bird Co. provides online business management and operational partnership support, and where hands-on implementation is needed, it can include Senior Virtual Assistant support too. The focus is always on practical, senior-level support, not just task completion.

  • A Virtual Assistant typically focuses on task execution and administration. An Online Business Manager looks after operations more broadly, systems, processes, project coordination and team or stakeholder management. One Bird Co. sits firmly in the OBM space, with a stronger focus on operational structure and business management than task completion. Where it makes sense, that can extend into more senior operational oversight for established businesses.

  • Absolutely. Flexible Capacity is designed for businesses that need immediate help with a specific task, project or backlog. If you need a capable pair of hands to get something sorted, I’m here.

  • My background spans operations, project coordination, governance, documentation, and people operations support. If you're unsure whether your need fits, a discovery call is the easiest way to find out, no pressure, no commitment.

  • Standard rates cover work booked with usual lead times. Express rates apply to urgent or same-day requests that need to jump the queue.

  • I use reliable time-tracking software to log hours for each task. For hourly work, you’ll receive a summary with your invoice; for retainers, you’ll get a monthly report outlining how your time was used.

  • I primarily work remotely, but onsite support can be discussed where it makes sense. Travel is charged at my standard hourly rate.
