Yes. One Bird Co. provides operational partnership and systems support, and where hands-on implementation is needed, that can include Online Business Management (OBM) or Senior Virtual Assistant (VA) support too.
A Virtual Assistant usually focuses on task execution and admin support. An Online Business Manager looks after operations more broadly – systems, processes and coordination. One Bird Co. sits across both where needed, with a stronger focus on operations, systems and business structure.

Standard rates cover work booked with usual lead times. Express rates apply to urgent or same-day requests that need to jump the queue.
I use reliable time-tracking software to log hours for each task. For hourly work, you’ll receive a summary with your invoice; for retainers, you’ll get a monthly report outlining how your time was used.
I primarily work remotely, but onsite support can be discussed where it makes sense. Travel is charged at my standard hourly rate.
