Standard rate work is delivered with a minimum 24-hour notice period and typically completed within 48 hours, depending on task complexity and availability. Express rates apply to urgent or same-day requests and include priority scheduling.

I use reliable time-tracking software to log hours for each task. For hourly work, you’ll receive a summary with your invoice. For retainer packages,
I’ll share a report at the end of the month so you can see how your hours were used.

Absolutely! One-off projects are welcome, I just ask for a minimum booking of 1 hour.

I primarily offer remote services, but I can attend onsite if required. Travel is charged at my standard hourly rate unless waived.
